We use high-resilience (HR) foam designed to provide good support, resilience and long-term durability. Foam density and firmness can be selected according to mattress thickness, sleeping configuration, vehicle application and customer requirements.
For international shipments, the foam can be vacuum compressed and securely packaged, significantly reducing shipping volume and making international transportation more practical and cost-effective.
We also develop bump-out mattress extensions for campervan sleeping systems. These extensions can be made to match specific bump-out dimensions and connect with the main mattress to create a larger and more comfortable sleeping surface.
