Complete bedding solutions for vans and campervans — from custom fabric covers to fully assembled foam mattresses.
Threewen develops and manufactures campervan mattress covers, custom-cut foam mattresses, mattress extensions and complete bedding solutions for van conversions and recreational vehicles.
We offer flexible product configurations according to your requirements. Customers can choose fabric cover only, or order a complete mattress with both the custom fabric cover and foam core. This allows you to source exactly what your project needs from one OEM manufacturing partner.
Our mattress covers can be developed to match specific mattress shapes, thicknesses and folding configurations. We can customize fabrics, colors, zippers, elastic systems, seams, edge finishing and other construction details.
We can produce covers for standard rectangular mattresses as well as irregular shapes, multi-section folding mattresses, corner-cut mattresses and vehicle-specific designs.
For customers who require a complete mattress solution, Threewen can supply the foam together with the custom-made fabric cover.
We use high-resilience (HR) foam designed to provide good support, resilience and long-term durability. Foam density and firmness can be selected according to mattress thickness, sleeping configuration, vehicle application and customer requirements.
For international shipments, the foam can be vacuum compressed and securely packaged, significantly reducing shipping volume and making international transportation more practical and cost-effective.
We also develop bump-out mattress extensions for campervan sleeping systems. These extensions can be made to match specific bump-out dimensions and connect with the main mattress to create a larger and more comfortable sleeping surface.
Different foam thicknesses, shapes, cover materials and attachment details can be customized according to the vehicle and conversion design.
Whether you need fabric covers only, foam only, or a complete mattress with both foam and cover, Threewen can develop the product according to your specifications.
We can work from samples, drawings, dimensions, mattress templates or product concepts and provide material selection, pattern development, foam cutting, sampling and bulk production as an integrated OEM solution.
