How to DIY Van Window Covers

Before:
Before you start everything,You need prepare below:

• Try to make a simple sketch or template of your van,please make the templates to real products in 1:1.

 We suggest you drawing the templates on van window with a big paper,So you can copy the window shape and size in 1:1,Please note this drawing is just for window,Not for the cover.The final cover is at least 3cm bigger than the window.After you drawing all templates from the windows,Then you got the templates.

• Prepare:Sewing machine,sewing threads,outside material,inside XPE foam material,inner blackout material,N48 Magnets,Piping,Velcro,your brand label etc.

 Sewing machine have to be long-hand,and needle in 5#.
